Catherine focuses mainly on vinification and work in the cellar.

Christophe takes care of the vines and marketing.

Their philosophy consists of taking the best from traditional know-how and combining it with new technologies.
 



They hail from different professions. Catherine is
a press attaché, Christophe a dental surgeon.

Winemaking has been in Catherine's family down
through the generations. Her grandfather, Alix,
was a winemaking farmer for the renowned
writer, François Mauriac.

  


The living memory of the vineyard, represented by "Pierre and Suzette".
